Automatic Servo-Based Gear Pump Filling Machine is utilized for filling bottles, containers, and tins with various types of liquids. The servo-based gear pump is employed to transfer the material, while the servo drive in the servo machine ensures the precise transfer of material. The machine fills the desired quantity in milliliters or liters with set pulses, providing perfect accuracy. An HMI (Human Machine Interface) is used to control the system. The diving assembly moves up and down pneumatically, and the liquid (material) is dispensed through the nozzle into the bottle.

With a servo machine, you can fill from 50 ml to 25 liters. It can handle any product with low viscosity, similar to water. The machine is capable of filling products such as syrup, oil, honey, shampoo, water-based paint, chemicals, dishwasher liquids, and floor cleaners.
